Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring project deliverables, and acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (designers, content creators, social media managers) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Gather client feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CreativeKatta’s services.
  • Prepare reports and updates on client projects and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role in digital marketing or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies is an added advantage.
